ACTION IH BRITISH COURT CLAIM BY HOLLAND FAILS. , LONDON, July 3. Queen Wilhelmina of Holland, who was described in the writ as “suing as a married woman,” lias sued Mr Drukker, a Dutchman residing in London, to recover a sura representing Dutch succession duty said to be owed by him. Mr Justice Tomlin dismissed the case, and pointed out that a rule had been enforced in England for two centuries, under which tho courts could- not collect foreign taxes for the benefit ef-« foreign State. > .
