Lighting Rato on all Rateable Property within the R-avensbourne, Rothesay, and St. Leonards Wards, under “Tho Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” Section 88, 6d in the Pound on the Annual Rateable Value. 1. Water Rates, under Section 82 of “ The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” in respect to the ordinary supply as follows —that is to say: Upon all Lands and Buildings to which water is supplied the Rateable Value of which on tiie Valuation Roll does not exceed £l2 10s, a Rate of Ten Shillings (10s): exceeds £l2 10s a Rato of One Shilling in the Pound on such value. And upon all Lands and Buildings te which water can be, but is not, supplied, situate within 100yds of anv part of the waterworks; and upon all Buildings used as Stores or Warehouses, or for any purpose other than dwelling-houses, a Rate of One-half of the Rates abovementioned. The above Rates are PAYABLE IN ONE SUM on the 20th day of JUNE, 1928, at the Office of the Borough of West Harbour, Rothesay; and the ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF TEN PER CENT., provided for by Section 76 of “The Rating Act, 1925,” will be imposed on all such Rates which shall remain unpaid after, 131 b DECEMBER, 1928.
