Robert Grant, charged with being found drnijk in Maclaggan street and with casting offensive matter in a public place, pleaded not guilty. On tho application of Mr C. J White Grant was remanded till Monday next, hail being allowed on his own recognisance of £5, and on condition that ho report daily to the police.
