BANK OK AUSTRALASIA, [Pee United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, April 14. Cabled advice has been received from London that the proprietors of the Bank of Australasia have confirmed the resolution passed on March 29 to issue 100,000 new shares of £5 each at a premium of £6 per share.
