THE POST OFFICE IN A DRAPER'S SHOP, Newport, Monmouthshire, TowA Council has decided to inform official quarters of their objection to Mainded sub-post office being removed to a draper’s shop on the ground that mea are too shy to go alone into a drapers shop. Several male members said they would not go into such a shop to buy stamps. A Woman Councillor: Would it suit the men if the post office were in a tobacconist’s shop? “Yes,” answered several.
