KAIKORAI BAND AT ST. CLAIR

Large crowds attended the St. Clair Beach on Sunday, afternoon and at night to hear tbe Kaikorai Baud. Its playing was of the usual high order Prominent among the pieces submitted were the test selection ‘ Scheherazode ’ (played by request), the hymns ‘Simeon’ and ‘Nearer My God to Thee ’ which had to be repeated. It is generally admitted that under the capable direction of Mr Franklin this band is coming back to the form that years ago made it respected throughout tho dominion.
