RUSSO-GERMAN TRADE
UNFAIR METHODS ADOPTED BERLIN, February 8. Despite the .1:15,000,000 credit guaranteed by the German Government to liven up Russian trade, German firms complain of unfair Russian methods. A Russian delegation has arrived to smooth the difficultly over and extend credits, but, in addition to tiro tightness of money, there is the further objection that Russia has not bought beyond the amount of the original credit.
