Among the new by-laws for motor omnibuses in Lanarkshire, is one which specifies that a person is forbidden to enter an omnibus if the condition of his clothing is such that it may reasonably be expected to soil or injure the linings or cushions of the vehicle, or the clothing of other passengers., Thiil y pictures can be taken at once in the new studio which is to be esmb. lished in the Palace of Engineering in the old Empire Exhibition buildings at Wembley. There is also a restaurant where 300 people can ffe catered for.
