TASMANIAN THUNDERSTORM
HOUSES FLOODED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. HOBART, December 19. (Received December 19, at' 11.15 a.m.) A terrific thunderstorm was experienced in Hobart. A number of houses were flooded to a depth of 4f’t, and the services of the fire brigade had to be requisitioned to pump the water out. There were several narrow escapes.
