BERLIN, November 25. The cx-Kaiscr’s lawyer has secured a provisional injunction restraining the theatrical manager Herr Piscator from introducing the ex-Kaiscr into Alexis Tolstoi’s drama ‘Rasputin,’ which is playing to packed houses. Piscator will light to the highest tribunal, and the performances aro continuing.
