APPOINTMENT Oh 1 CARDINAL LEGATE.

ROME, November 25. The appointment is announced of Cardinal Bonaventura Cerretti as Cordinal Legato at the AVorld Eucharistic Congress, to bo held in Australia. The Cardinal, who has been Papal Nuncio at Paris, was the Pope’s representative at the Peace Conference.
