NEW PARKING REGULATIONS.
910 THU EDITOR.
Sir, —The efforts of tho City Council to provide parking places for private cars are to bo commended, but when privileges to motorists arc granted therv Js always some irritating pettiness to mar any benefits conferred. Tho idea of parked ears being compelled to keep lights burning while their front wheels are against the curb, or when numbers of cars are lined up in welldefined rows in well-lighted streets ,_ is ono truly typical of our pedestrian councillors. Hoping tho Motor Club will take tho matter up—l am. etc., Overloaded Battery. November 26.
