Greasy merino touched 31d, CANADIAN WHEAT MARKET. OTTAWA, November 22. At Winnipeg exporters besieged ths market with buying orders, forcing wheat upward rapidly. November prices reached the peak at 138 - cents—an advance of 3J cents. All eoarso grains aro higher, but wheat offerings arc scarce and export business is excellent. THE COMMONWEALTH LOAN. There was good demand at lower levels ranging from 6 ( hs to one anna, excepting for leaf teas, which maintained the previous week’s rates. The average prices were Common Pekoe Couchong, 13 annas G pies to 13 annas 9 pics; clean common broken Pekoo Souchong, 13 annas 6 pies to 14 annas; even black leaf Pekoe, 14 annas 6 pies to 15 annas.
