Forecast. Tho Dominion Meteorologist (Mr D, C. Rates) supplied tho following at noon to-day:—The indications are for south-easterly winds, moderate to strong and freshening; expect dull weather, with much mist and fog in parts, with rain probable; tho weather will probably become colder; barometer falling, but rising shortly; seas rough, tides-high. ARRIVED. —November 15. Calm, s.s. (8.15 a.m.), 892 tons, Mauson, from Wanganui via ports. ■ Waikouaitii s.s. (10.15 a.m.), 3,926 tons, Ross Clark, from Newcastle and Sydney via Rluff. The Kurow left Bluff at 1 o’clock this morning for Dunedin to load general cargo. She is to sail to-morrow for Lyttelton, Wellington, Napier, and Auckland. The Kahika was expected to leave Gisborne to-day for Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due here on Friday, and is to sail tho same day for Napier and Gisborne via ports, Tho Katoa/is to leave Auckland on Wednesday for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Rluif. The Opihi is to leave Lyttelton on Thursday for Dunedin to load for Nelson, New Plymouth, and Westport via ports. The dale was expected to come out of dock- at Lyttelton to-day. She is due hero to-morrow to load for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, Picton, and Wanganui. Tho Calm arrived this morning irom Rluff, and is timed to sail to-night for Tirnarn, Lyttelton, Wellington, and W anganui. The Breeze is due on Monday Lorn Wellington. The vessel is to load and sail the same day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. Tho Baccimim, from Borneo, arrived at Wellington yesterday morning with oil for the British imperial Oil Company. Tho Orsova, from Sydney, was* due at Suez on November 12, and at London on November 24. Tho Orvieto, from Sydney, is due at Colombo on November 16, and at Loudon on December 8. The Otranto was to leave Sydney on November 12 lor London, where she is due on December 22. The Oronsay, from London, was due at Fremantle to-day, and at Sydney on November 24. The Kapunga has been fixed to load at -Edith burg about November 22, thence Adelaide and Melbourne ior New Zealand. Her actual discharge ports have not yet been fixed except Auckland. The Trcmcadow was expected to bp clear of her New York cargo this_ alternoon, when she will sail lor -Westport for bunkers, 1 hence to Ocean Island to load phosphates for Australian ports. THE CITY OF DELHI. It is reported from Colon that tho Ellcrmau-Uucknall steamer City of Ivhios arrived there on Tuesday last. Sho is bringing general cargo from New York for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin, and is expected to reach Auckland about December 4. CROSSKEYS COMING. Cable advice received states that the American steamer Crosskeys sailed from Los Angeles on November 6 lor Auckland, where she is duo on December 1. After discharge there the vessel will load for Launceston, Melbourne, and Sydney. PERSONAL. The Maniigamii was recommissioned at Wellington on Thursday, and is in temporary command of Captain W. Martin. The following are his deck officers;—Chief officer. Mr J. C. Uackwoith; second, Mr S. W. Hodson; third. Mr A. ilaslam; fourth, Mr H. M. Hughes. ' Mr O. Burgess is joining the Waihomo at New Plymouth as chief officer, relieving Mr C. C. Waters for instructions. Mr T. S. M'Nichol lias rejoined the Maori as chief officer after holidays, and Mr F. W. Collins is at present awaiting orders. Captain F. G. Bilton is now in temporary command of the Waihemo, Captain J. Flynn having come ashore. Mr A. F. Inman has recently joined the Tofua as chief officer, relieving Mr A. G. Christie, who has transferred to tho Tahiti in a similar capacity. Captain Ruxton, late of tho Kaiapoi, is taking his holidays in tho North Auckland district. Mr A. E. Rawlins has joined the Kaimai ns chief officer in succession to Mr O. C. Bray, who has joined the Tahiti as second officer. Mr A. G. Hardy has been appointed third officer of tho Komata, Mr A.. W. M'Donald having transferred fo the Tofua- in a similar capacity. Mr T, P. Evans has’relieved Air F. W. Youg as second officer of the Tofua. Mr D, Rollo. senior third officer of tho Niagara, has been granted holidays. Mr A. V. Knight has been-promoted to senior third officer of tho Niagara, and Mr L. B. Ehlert has joined tho i yessel a$ junior third officer.

WAIKOUAITI FROM SYDNEY. The Union Company’s vessel Waikouaiti arrived this morning with general cargo from Australian ports via Bluff. Sho is to sail to-morrow ior Lyttelton, Timaru, and Sydney. THE CITI! OF DELHI. Messrs Turnbull, Martin, and Co. advise that the City of Delhi is scheduled to sail from New York on December 14 for ’ Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Launceston, Burnie, and Portland (Victoria). She is duo at Auckland about January J 3, and at Dunedin about the end of the same month. THE MELBOURNE STEAMER. With passengers and general cargo tho Union Company’s steamer Manuka is to leave Melbourne to-morrow for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, and .Wellington, K.ARETU TO LEAVE SYDNEY. ' The Union Company advises that tho cargo vessel Karctu is to leave Sydney on Friday for Dunedin, Lyttelton, Oamaru, and Bluff. VESSELS IN WIRELESS CALL.
