SHANGHAI. November 13. (Received November 11, at 10.bo a.in.) The-, special police were called onv and the Regulars confined to barrack's on the occasion of the funeral of the youthful'victim of Monday's attack on tho Soviet Consulate. A huge procession of White Russians lollowed the coffin to the cemetery amid a profusion of Imperial Russian flags. Agitation meetings are reported at Mukden, advocating the wholesale assassination of Soviet agents in China The Soviet Consular stall's have demanded police protection. A marked growth observed of White hostility towards the Reds, in contrast to the trstwhilc submissive docility. It is jfficially feared that a reaction has commenced, and that the Soviet agents iventually will be compelled to evacuate.
