DOCKYARD TO BE RETAINED. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. CANBERRA, November 12. The Ministry has decided to retain the Cockatoo Island dockyard because of its value for naval purposes. Last year it made a profit of £2,000. When tho Commonwealth steamers are sold the dockyard will probably be placed under the control ’of an expert naval engineer,
