PAYNE AGAIN BEATS CTJETWYNU. SYDNEY, November 13. At tbe Stadium “Tiger” Payne knocked out Charlie Chetwynd (England) in the fourth round. Payne had the advantage throughout, and easily finished his opponent. (This is the colored boxer’s second win against tbe Englishman.)
