‘ Whose Baby Are You?’ which opened at the Princess Theatre this afternoon, will bo the final show to lie offered by the Band Box Bevu-. Company in' Dunedin. _ Mr_ Gayle Wyer’s company is to bring its long and successful season to a close next Friday evening. During his May in Dunedin. Mr Wyer has v rcsent( 'd some delightful entertainments, and patrons will icgret his departure- >l Babies ’ foim the predominating theme in Ins latest Induction, and right through the performance there are babies galore, husbands a-plenty, but onlv one wife Ine lady in the case, however, is quite willing that it .should be thus, and as fast as one “ Lasban 1 ” comes to r-co her hlie pons the other in the bathroom or under tne bod. There is jnorethan a. mere suggestion of plot m this musical comedy, and there is a great feast of fun crowded into every minute. In the first half of the programme a brandnew edition of the sparkling ‘ Band Box Brevities ’ is.presented. The items are both new and entertaining, many of them embracing very pleasing musical numbers. A fair deal of dancing has found its w r ay into 1 Whose Baby Are You ? ’ in which the “ Syncopated Steppers ” very cleverly, and with much charm, take part.
