CONFIDENCE IN MR HAVELOCK WILSON. Pi*s4 Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 11. Tho annual conference of tho Seamen’s Union carried a resolution of confidence in Mr Havelock Wilson, approved of tho expulsion of the officials of a number of branches, and suggested substantial subscriptions from unions as a testimonial to Mr Wilson. Tho matter was discussed privately.
