A ATROCITY GF “JUSTICE" It is reported from AAarsaw that :n the village of Simonov, in Volhynia, a terrible crime has been discovered. Without any legal right, tho burgomaster of that place sentenced to death four peasants suspected of t-hclt. The peasants were taken to tiny cemetery by a night procession, in which nearly all tho inhabitants of the village partook. There a grave was dug, and the unfortunate fettered men were buried alive.

By accident the police at Bovno heard of the crime. Tho bodies were exhumed and found in positions proving the agony the victims had to go through. The burgomaster and several villagers were arrested.
