With 2,500 square feet of apace, the Empire Marketing Board will bo the biggest exhibitor _at the universal cookery food exhibition at Holland Park, lasting a fortnight, from December 15. The display of Empire foodstuffs will include Australian dried and canned fruits, wine, honey, apples, and New Zealand fruits, butter, cheese, honey, and toheroa soup. A competition in which the Army, Navy, and Air Force are entered requires 99 per cent. Empire ingredients. The London School of Cookery will give demonstrations of cooking Empire foodstuffs, including plum pudding from a recipe prepared by the King’s chef. —A. and N.Z. and ‘ Sim ’ Cable.
