(Received November D, at 11.45 a.m.) The Attorney-General announced that as tho result of co-operation between tho State and tho Federal Governments Mr Justice Campbell, of tbe Supremo Court, has been appointed to preside over the inquiry into tho Ta-hiti-Greycliffe collision, opening to-day. ft has been arranged that the chief and the second officers of tho Tahiti will return from AVcllington by the Maunganui, arriving on Tuesday.
