THE FERRY TRAGEDY
SECTION OF GREYGLIFFE BEACHED NO MORE BODIES DISCOVERED. [Per United Press Association.] SYDNEY, November 8. A section of the Greycliffe was beached to-day, but no further bodies were discovered. Efforts are being made to raise tho remaining portions of the vessel. OFFICIAL INQUIRY. COMMENCES TO-DAY. SYDNEY, November 9. (Received November D, at 11.45 a.m.) The Attorney-General announced that as tho result of co-operation between tho State and tho Federal Governments Mr Justice Campbell, of tbe Supremo Court, has been appointed to preside over the inquiry into tho Ta-hiti-Greycliffe collision, opening to-day. ft has been arranged that the chief and the second officers of tho Tahiti will return from AVcllington by the Maunganui, arriving on Tuesday.
