Tho Riga correspondent of ‘ The Times’ says it is suggested that Trotsky and Zinovieff may not only ho expelled from tho party, but banished from Russia. The Communists have decided to pacify the Opposition extremists by relieving tho loyal peasants of taxes, and simultaneously restricting the landowners’ privileges, depriving them of the right to vote, and increasing their taxation intolerably.— ‘The Times.’
