LONDON, November 7. (Received November 8. at 1.30 a.m.) The ‘ Daily New ’ says that £37,000 is irrecoverably lost to Britain. _ This sum was due to Britain on the winding up of the fund for repatriating Rumanian, Polish, and Czecho-Sloyakian prisoners.
