There was a large attendance at the annual meeting of the Strath Taieri A. and P. Society on Saturday night at Middleman'll. The annual report and balance-sheet were adopted. Mr F. 0. Glover was elected president, Mr W. S. Williams vice-president, and Mr T. Ross treasurer. It was decided to hold the annual show as usual on Easter Monday. Tiro following members were elected to the committee * to fill the places rendered vacant by members retiring through effluxion of time:— Messrs W. D. Mason, C. O’Neill,, W. Movnihan, A. Robertson, J. S. Elliott, J. T. James, T. M’Lintnck, A. G. Peat, 11. Tisdnll, T. Carruthers. A. Atkinson, and F. J. Koast.
