DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. Dunking shares came in for fair qnc* lation this morning. A sale was re* ported in Dank of New at 58s 3d. flic market closing with a buyer at 5Ss and a seller at 58s 6d. Commercials were a little easier, with buyers at 27s 2<l and sellers at 27s Bd. P. and 0. Banking Corporations also eased, buyers offering £9 15s, with sailers at £lO TOs. Insurance shares remained about the same as yesterday. Nationals were wanted at 775, with sellers at Is above this price. New Zcalands were on offer at 40s 9d, the best buyer, however, offering 40s. Standards and South British were wanted at. 57s and 60s respectively, with no selling quotes in either- case. Auckland Amusement Parks were still firm, buyers offering 12s 6d, with sellers asking 13s Cd. There was a seller of the paid issue of New Zealand Refrigerating shares at 15s, while the contributing issue were on offer at 6s 7d. There wore no declared buyers in either case. The margin between buyers and sellers of ‘ Otago Daily Times ’ nan-owed considerably. buyers offering 71s, with sellers offering 75s this morning. In the mining section in future both Broken Hill South and North Broken Hill will appear on the lists. There were quotations for these shares this morning, buyers of the former offering 435, with no sellers, and sellers of the latter at 83s, no buyers quoting. Upper Nevises were still very firm, with buyers at 24s 7d and sellers at 25s 6d. Government stocks and bonds stood at much the same prices as before.
