I The Rescue Lodge. No. 105, International Order of Good Templars, held a reunion of past and present members in the Oddfellows’ Hall, King Edward street, on Tuesday evening. l!ro. T. H. Dalton, Grand Chid' Templar, presided, and there was a largo attendance, among those present being Bro. C. J. Thorn, Past Grand Treasurer. The Grand Chief Templar extended a cordial welcome to the visitors, after which the Templars’ welcome ode was sung The following programme was rendered :—Pianoforte selections, Sister Morwood; solos, Sister Miss Williams t and Miss Sell, Bros. H. Sincock and W. E. O’Neil!; recitations, Sisters Miss Shearer, V. Dray, and T. Williams. Mr 11. Irvine rendered two musical monologues. A hearty round of community singing, led by Bro. O’Neill, was hold during an interval between items, and refreshments were handed round. A vote of thanks was accorded the performers, and Mr Maslin returned thanks to the lodge members for the enjoyable evening. The Star of the South Juvenile Temple met the same evening, Bro. J. Hilton, S.J.W., ini charge. There was a large_attendance I of members, ami two candidates were initialed.
