BLOO DHOUND HUNT

TO SECUKB ARREST OP BURGLARS. A bloodhound assisted in securing the, arrest of two men in the, grounds of Leonanlslec, near Horsham, Sussex, the home ot Lady Loder, mother of Sir Giles .Hoik Loder, Bart. At 3.45 a.m. Lady Loder heard a disturbance in her house, and coming pint of her bedroom saw a man on the landing. Lady Loder gave the alarm, set going (he estate fircbell, and telephoned to the police. Superintendent W. H. Beadier, of Horsham, with several members of the West Sussex police, hurried to the estate in motor cars and on motor cycles, and a double cordon was placed round the immediate neighborhood, all roads and lanes being patrolled. Soon afterwards the West Sussex police flying squad arrived, and Chief-constable AS. Williams despatched to Leonardslee in a fast motor car one of lus trained bloodhounds, Herald from Hambrook Grange, Emsworth, near Chichester.
