AMERICAN BISHOP'S ATTACK LONDON, August 1. Tho Bishop of New York, Dr William Manning, in a sermon at tho American Church, says the Paris correspondent of the ‘Daily Nows,’ created a sensation by a scathing attack on the Paris divorce system. Ho declared that divorces could be grunted under French law on grounds which did not hold good in America.
