WOOL PRODUCTION IN NEW SOUTH WALES. SYDNEY. August 12_. The greasy wool produced in New South Wales during the year ended Juno 30 amounted to 91,165,0001 b or 222 pel' Rent greater than the previous record total reached in 1911. The value of tho clip is estimated at £35,237,000. which is £714,000 less than tho record value realised in 1924-25. Sheen and lambs shorn numbered 51,880,000. MEAT PRODUCERS’ BOARD. LONDON. August 12. The ‘Daily Chronicle’ says that the threat of the New Zealand (Meat Producers’ Board to build its own cold stores in London resulted in a redne-• lion of the charges nt tho London cold stores; the* first month from 37s to 355, the second month from 33s to 295. An official of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board commenting on the position, said; “Whether the reductions will satisfy our people remains to bo spen.”
