(Received August 11, at 10.30 a.m.) The British Consul lias lodged a complaint that four Palestine natives ■were not allowed to board a steamer bound for America. They accepted an offer of a compatriot to smuggle them aboard a tramp steamer for 40,000 francs. Later they were robbed of all their money. After leaving Oran (Algeria) they were told the ship was abreast of Buenos Aires, and they were thrown overboard.' They were rescued by fishermen and taken to Marseilles.
