TRADE TREATY CONCLUDED PR E-WAR RELATIONS. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. TOKIO, July 19. Alter protracted negotiations between Japan and Germany a treaty of commerce and navigation, commenced in Berlin in 1921, has been concluded, and will be signed within forty eight hours. The treaty, which is welcomed in commercial circles, is regarded as a diplomatic triumph, and is expected to complete the restoration of the pre-war trade relation.-;.
