Six children who were refused passports to go to Moscow sailed in a Russian ship. Despite the refusal, it is pointed out that it is possible to leave the country without passports, but the Government can prevent the return of persons departing in this way. [The British Government refused passports to six working' class children who were due to leave for Russia ns guests of the Moscow Congress of Young Pioneers.]
