Tlio University Harriers held their weekly run from the Students’ Union. A large muster, including several new members, under the whistle of Captain Buxton, started out at a brisk pace. The trail, in the capable hands of Fleming and Cameron, led through the Woodhaugh Gardens, past the Paper Mills, up the Leith Valley, and homo over Pine Hill. Fast and slow packs were formed at the Gardens, and after a long run rejoined at Pine Hill. A solid pace was maintained, throughout. In view of the five-mile championship to be held next Saturday, the homeward run was fast, and resulted in Buxton finishing first, closely followed by Webber, and the Cabot brothers, with other members well up. After the run the girl students of “ Arana House ” entertained the runners at a very enjoyable afternoon tea.
