PH'S HEALING GARMENT INSTANT CURE AFTER ITS BLESSING. An official report of a claim of a miraculous instantaneous cure of a dying nun is published m Rome. 'The case was at Los Arcos, Navano, Spain. The nun is Sister Gererosa, became gravely ill with an abscess on the liver, which, after much treatmo-it the doctors declared could not be cured. They stated that it was only a mattei of time before she died. . The sister could not take any nourishment, and appeared to be steadily milkin'7 As a last resort the other sisters sent a portion of her garment to France for special intercession of the Hlessecl Fournet, founder of tho religious order of the Daughters of the Cross. Blessed Fournet was beatified recently by the Pope. , , When the garment was returned Sister Gererosa was too weak to put d on, so the clothing was placed upon hei body. It is declared that she immediately grew better, and within an houi was'so well that she got up and dressed herself. , „ , A doctor who had given up all hope of her recovery wag called, and went to the convent in the belief that he was being called to give a certificate of death. When sho saw Sister Gererosa about her duties and examined her, he declared that there was not the slight est doubt that she was cured apparently instantaneously. The case has been reported to tho ecclesiastical authorities, who are to make an investigation.
