HENLEY REGATTA
GERMANS NOT TO COMPETE. LONDON, June IThe chairman of The - Henley regatta explains that Germany is ineligible for entry, because foreigners must be vouched for by the governing body with which Henley had signed an agreement. Germany had not resumed the agreement since it was broken off in 1914.
