SHELL CASE SETTLED

WELLINGTON, May 9. It was announced in the Magistrate’s Court to-day that the Snell case had been settled out of court.
[This case commenced in the Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday before Mr J. H. Salmon, S.M. John Snell (aged 72) sued his sou, Joseph Snell, who is in charge of the mortgage department of the Public Trust Office, and is getting a salary of £565 a year, for maintenance.]
