Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate, under Section 41 of “ The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909, ’ of 7d in the Pound on the Annual Rateable Value of all Rateable Pro petty within the Borough of West Harbor. 3. Lighting Rate on all Rateable Properly within the Ravensbourne, Rothesay, and St. Leonards Wards, under “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1920,” Section 88, fid in the Pound on the Annual Rateable Value. 4. Water Rates, under Section 82 of “Tho . Municipal Corporations Act, 1920," in respect to the ordinary supply as follows—that is to say; Upon all Lands and Buildings to which water is supplied the Rateable Value of which on the Valuation Roll does not exceed £l2 10s, a Rate of Ten Shillings 110 s); exceeds £l2 10s, a Kate of One Shilling in the Pound on such value And upon all Lands and Buildings to which water can be, but is not. supplied, situate within 100 yards of any part of the waterworks, and upon all Buildings used as Stores or Warehouses or for any purpose other than dwelling-houses, a Rate of One-half 'of tho Rates above mentioned.
