CARGILL.-On May 6th, 1927, at Dunedin, Donald, loved husband of Isabella L. Cargill, third son of, the late Francis A. Cargill, and grandson of the late Captain William Cargill; aged 70 years. Private interment. GOPPIN.—At Ovraka, on May 5, at the residence of his son-in-law (S. H. M’Lay), William Coppin, evangelist, dearly beloved husband of Jane Coppin; in his seventyfifth year. “With Christ, which is far better.”—Funeral from residence of son-in-law (S. H. M‘Lay), 1 p.m. Saturday, May 7. Flowers respectfully declined. ISRAEL.—On May 6th (suddenly), at her residence, 27 Royal crescent, Musselburgh, Maggie Adelaide, eldest daughter of the late George Cashmore Israel. Private interment. —Hope and Kinaston, undertakers. DAWDSDN.—On May 6th, at Dunedin (after a long and painful illness), Nurse Matilda Davidson, of 16 Mills street, St. Hilda; aged 54- years. ‘‘A patient sufferer gone to rest.” —The Funeral will leave the above residence on Sunday, the Bth inst., at 2.30 p.m., for the Anderson’s Bay Cemetery— R. M’Lean and Son, undertakers. KAY—On May sth, at her daughter’s (Mrs W. Harper) residence, 20 Ann street, Roslyn, Annie, relict of James Kay, Waitati; aged 78 years. Deeply mourned.
