Airs Alarion Callaghan (Green Island), £o, balance on account; B. J. Bryant v. Robert Wilson and Frank Al'Cachran, £3 12s, duo on promissory note; J. M'Grath and Co. v. T. J. Dowler (Ashburton), £33 13s 9d, goods supplied; Brace, Windle, Blyth, and Co. v. C. Payne (Tuatapere), £43 2s Bd, due on promissory notes; A. White v. Thomas Anderson, £2 18s, balance on milk supplied. JUDGAIENT SUMMONSES. Henry Hirt appeared on a judgment summons for £2 12s, the amount owing to Mary Ellen Meikle. To Mr King; Debtor said he was a married man with three young children. Since August last he had earned £4l 7s 6d. He had been unable to work for six weeks owing to a motor accident, which cost him £23 11s 6d. How are you getting on for food? I have none.
