. LONDON, April 27. The ‘ Mornnig Post's ’ Milan correspondent says that the engineer Bugatti has submitted to Signor Mussolini two inventions. The first is an eight-cylinder ; automobile engine: capable of driving a heavy touring car 100 miles an' hour, and the second is a semi-submerged boat 100 ft long, with eight motors of 2,000 horse-power, capable of a surface speed of eighty miles •W hour/ .
