SERBIAN CABINET

' A RATIONAL CRISIS THE ADRIATIC PROBLEM Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 17. The Belgrade correspondent of ‘ The Times ’ says that, believing a stronger and more-broadly-based Cabinet was needed to deal with tho country problems, the Prime Minister (M. ■Ouzounovitch) resigned. His communique only mentions urgent financial and economic problems, but the Belgrade newspapers emphasise foreigh affairs, indicating Italy’s remsal to discuss the Tirana Pact with Jugo-Slavla. They urge that the League of Nations should take up tho subject, but it can be stated authoritatively that Jugoslavia will make no move at present on tho ground that tho Powers who urged Jugo-Slavia to approach Italy direct must themselves approach Italy with the same object.

There is general public indignation over Italy’s attitude that the Tirana Pact docs not directly concern Jugoslavia. Some newspapers complain that Jugo-Slavia incurred a rebuff through following the advice of certain Powers.
