THURSDAY, MARCH 31. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.); DEFAULT CASES. _ Judgment was given lor plaintiffs by default in the following cases:—Reddells, Limited v. Andrew Tobin (Arrowtown), £3 7s, goods supplied; Andrew Lees, Ltd, v. George Thomas Townsend (Wnitati), 18s, goods supplied; the City Corporation v. Mrs Louisa H. Ward (Roslyn), £37 13s 7d, rates and penalties. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. An order for immediate payment was made in the case of J. W. H. Clarke and Co. v. J. J. Arthur, defendant being ordered to pay forthwith £25 15s, with costs (£1 ss), in default three weeks’ Imprisonment in the Dunedin Prison.
