(Received March 31, at 10 a.m.) The Convocations of Canterbury and York adopted resolutions forwarding the Prayer Book measure to tho National Assembly. The Convocation of Canterbury passed tho resolution by 21 votes to 4, while the Convocation of York was unanimous,- and tho Lower House passed it by an overwhelming majority.
