Before they were married he whispered to her: “Were 1 drowning in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean—going down for the third time--you would be the last person I’d think of.” It made her feel happy. After they had been married several years he made the same speech. It didn’t seem to have the same meaning then, lies ides, she didn’t like the way he said it. So she hit him with a plate.
