M'Kinnon Wood, formerly Secretary for Scotland. [The lit. Hon. T. M'Kinnon Wood was born on January 26, 1855, From 1895 to 1899 he was chairman of the Parliamentary Committee, and leader of the Progressive Party; Parliamentary Secretary to tho Board of Education, 1908; Parliamentary Undersecretary, Foreign Office, 1908-11; Financial Secretary to tho Treasury, 1911-12; Secretary for Scotland, 191216. He was Liberal member for St. Rollox Division, Glasgow, from 1906 to 1918.]
