A MENACE TO HEALTH.

ro THE EDITOR. Sir, —I read with interest • “ Disgusted’s ” letter in your Saturday s issue, and I think the residents of South Dunedin in the vicinity of Forbury Corner should congratulate “Disgusted” on making the nuisance public. As “Disgusted” says, whenever wo have much rain our drains work in the reverse maimer, and our bade yards and gardens are covered with 'a foul-smelling mixture. It is not storm water but real, dirty sewage matter. I think it high time the residents of this part of South Dunedin drew up a petition for presentation to the Drainage Board.—l am etc., Resident. March 28.
