(Received March 26, at 9.15 a.m.) A message from Fairbanks, Alaska, states tiiat Captain Wilkins’s latest Arctic expedition is amiin experiencing difficulties. The Fokker monoplane, Alaskan, loaded with 4,2001 b of equipment, made throe unsuccessful attempt to take off, and finally overturned in the snow and snapped a ski.
