TURKEY HELPS AVIATION. LONDON, December 17. The Constantinople correspondent of the ‘ Daily News ’ reports that, in addition to the Government’s plan to sell cigarettes with-one cigarette short in each packet, to provide pensions for the dependents of air victims, the Turkish Aviation League' has been granted a monopoly of the sale of playing cards, magazine advertisements, and out-of-date stocks of postage stamps. All wild boars killed m Turkey automatically become the league’s property.
