A Palmerston North Press Association telegram states that the man who, suffering from loss of memory, walked into the police station on Sunday morning, and inquired what town he was in, being later sent to the hospital, definitely . established his identity yesterday, and was discharged from the institution. It is understood that the man had previously suffered from loss of memory due to the aftereffects of a tropical illness. Yesterday afternoon the City Fire Brigade attended to a chimney fire in Part street.
